    Well, Walking is also best for back pain. Walking is probably one of the best exercises for back pain. In particular, can take a panoramic tour to be a good therapy because it gives you stress relief too. At the beginning, keep the short distance. When you start to feel comfortable and feel better, you can extend the distance and time.

    Walking is the best exercise for health. It is very healthy, if you are in the morning and after lunch or dinner. Me and my parents are walking on a daily basis in the morning for two hours, and we also do some exercises too.

    Whilst waking is good swimming is better as more muscle get worked out.

    It is very healthy, if you do it in the morning and after lunch or dinner. Me and my parents are in an early morning walk every day for two hours, and even sports. Walking is the best physical health.

    100% agree with you guys, Waling is really best exercise for health, No need any machine, No other expense, No need trainers and easy to do and much comfortable then other exercise. I do regular walking in the early morning from last four years and never face any health problem in my past these four years. Walking is best exercise ever and helps to reduce so many diseases and also great in diet problem.
