    In the world walking is best exercise for every one. You keep helthy welthy evey day some walking exercies do it and you get result. No any illness not arise any problem by walking exercies.

    I too agree with you that walking is the best exercise. I use to walk around 5 kilometers per day.

    Yeah walking is the best exercise.I use to walk around 4 kilometers per day.

    Undoubtedly,walking in the night after dinner and running/jogging in the morning is very good

    Hi,
    My vote is also for walking...It's not only a general purpose but,the advantages also includes It will Improve the overall emotional condition,Helps to Increase energy,Helps in preventing osteoporosis...

    i also use to walk around 1 kilometer per day.
    walking after dinner is also good for digestion .

    Walking for health needs not only to be regular, but brisk as well. It may be necessary to warm up before a real walk, and, for beginners, it may almost certainly be necessary to build up to that 30 minutes we were talking about. There are even experts who recommend 45 minutes a day, but 30 minutes a day should be the minimum.
