    Far outweigh the risks on average 5 pounds of weight gain or psychological reactions that may follow quitting. But the benefits extend to men and women, young and old who are sick and they're good.

    1) It reduce a risk of cancer .
    2) Reduce a stress and depression.
    3) Help to remain healthy and keep away from disease.
    4) It improve a circulation.
