Vietnamese is very hard to learn, I think Chinese is good for you.

I think whenever you travel to any other country then you have to control your language unless you have to pay for it. So it's better to be prepared for it in advance.

You just need to speak slowly, i think the writing system in Vietnam can give you a very good advantage over other countries

I'm not a big fan of Bangkok myself as the pollution is pretty heavy and it's pretty busy so I try to avoid it. Singapore is a lot nicer, cleaner, safer, but Bangkok is cheaper, and there is some interesting culture there.

So you think living in Singapore is much nicer than in Bangkok?
