What is Healthy Diet?
Dear friend,
A healthy diet is one that helps maintain or improve health.
It is important for lowering many chronic health risks, such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and cancer
Eating meat, but not red meat. Red meat is not very healthy. Which means no burgers, ribs, beef, some chicken etc.Maybe. Peanuts also have protein so they could eat protein if you do not feel like getting fat from meat. The peanut filling is less however. While fruits and vegetables are good, have more dairy products and bread.
Dear,
Health is a most important healthy of life.
I'm trying to not eat anything with trans or saturated fat in them because my brother said that they are hard to get out of your body and im trying to lower my body fat mass.

A healthy diet is one that is balanced. This means eating the right amount of food for how active you are, and eating a range of food.Simply to eat a wide variety of foods. This is important because different foods make different nutritional contributions.
Trying to make your diet healthy overnight isn’t realistic or smart, you don’t have to be perfect and you don’t have to completely eliminate foods you enjoy to have a healthy diet.
The MOST important thing is to eat naturally..without medicines, chemicals, "starving" your self etc.
I should agree that varied diet is the key to the health but also we should try not to eat too late at night and especially for the all kind of meats to try to follow where those products are coming from. I Recently read a research which was connected with the influence which the meat full of hormones have on us and the specialist are proving that if the animal was fed with food full of hormones for growing all of them are kept in the meat of that animal. As a result those hormones are entering our bodies and are mixing our own hormone levels.![]()
