Thread: A date with Vietnamese culture, people and place

Hi there I just got back from a trip and one of my side trip was Vietnam. You see I had the privilege of staying there for 3 daYS and it was fantastic! Vietnamese people are very friendly. We got the time to go to their market place and I was very amused on how Vietnamese people know about bargaining on selling their commodities/ Well, next time I will have a vacation. I should stay in Vietnam for awhile because I have a good experience with that country. Next time I will be there I will make sure I will have a real Vietnamese date!

Vietnam country is superb, it is so great and lot of things to offer especially in regard of tourism...

Vietnamese culture may be still mysterious and unknown to most people outside the country. Today, more and more people are going to Vietnam or traveling and trading. Getting to know Vietnam and Vietnamese culture is interesting and fascinating.

I'm 17 years old right now and I will be going in my junior year in 3 weeks. This summer I visited Vietnam with my family for about a month. I guess you can say I fell in love with the country. It was my second time visiting... The first time I was still pretty young and I didn't do much other there but this time was definitely different. I hung out A LOT, went to MANY places... It was soooo chill, ya know. I had nothing to worry about except to get home on time, hehe. I made a group of friends that I got so close to... It's like their family to know and they treat me like their little sister.

So while I was over there, I decided "wow, now I know what I really want to do.. I want to be an english teacher over here!" I mean, regardless the country being communist... I don't really care. This place makes me happy, I can actually live my life there and I damn well know it. its really nice to be stay..
