Thread: After my purchase, how do I get my train tickets?

After you make your payment, you will receive a ticket voucher to your email address for your reference. As it gets closer to your travel date, we will be contacting you for a delivery point.
We encourage you to provide us with a fixed address (your hotel address in Vietnam). We provide free delivery serviceto all addresses in Vietnam. In case that you do not have a hotel address in Vietnam, we will arrange to meet you at the train station or any places most convenient for you to pick up.
For passengers in Hanoi, you are welcomed to visit us and pick up the ticket from our office. See Contact Us page for further information.
