If you are taking Vitamin E at normal dosage, it does not have any significant side effect. but If You are taking at higher dosage then its side effects can be
    • Nausea
    • Diarrhea
    • Intestinal cramping
    • Fatigue and weakness
    • Blurred vision
    • Headaches

Stop taking vitamin E and seek emergency medical attention if you experience an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of your throat; swelling of your lips, tongue, or face; or hives).Other less serious side effects may occur, especially with large doses or prolonged use. Talk to your doctor if you experience fatigue, weakness, headache, nausea, blurred vision, or flatulence or diarrhea.

Vitamin E is essential to life,we cannot live without it.It is an indispensable member of the body's antioxidant system. It is absorbed better when taken with meals rather than an on an empty stomach. The vitamin E most often referred to and sold in stores is a synthetic form of vitamin E called dl-alpha-tocopherol,but I do not recommend this type of vitamin E..!!
